Ingredients

Butterfinger Mixture
  • 4 bars Butterfinger candy bars crushed
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional for smoothness

Method

Prepare the Butterfinger Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Coat the Balls
  1. Dip each Butterfinger ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out and let excess chocolate drip off.
  2. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the chocolate-coated Butterfinger balls for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Butterfinger balls!
